Slow Cooker Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

This one’s from Book 3 (originally using Spaghetti) but I used pasta shapes instead and it worked just as well.
500g diced chicken breast, 1 chopped onion, 1 sliced pepper (or 2 colours halved), 1 tsp garlic paste, 3 tsp Cajun seasoning, pinch of chilli flakes, salt, pepper, 500ml passata, all into the slow cooker. High for 40 -50 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
Stir in 90g cream cheese, then add 300g pasta shapes with a splash of water. Cook for another 40 mins (or until pasta cooks) stirring halfway. Top dried parsley and dig in 😍
Creamy, spicy, slow cooker heaven.
