Ground Beef and Brussels Sprouts

1 lb ground beef

1 lb Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)

1 small onion (chopped)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Anweisungen

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

Stir in Brussels sprouts, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Brussels sprouts are tender but still crisp.

Serve warm for a simple, flavorful dish.
