Chinese Chicken & Corn Soup

-500g chicken mince or left over hot chook
-2x cans of creamed corn
-1x liter chicken or veg stock
-tspn minced ginger
-2x tablespoons of soy sauce
-1 cup of corn kernels
-2 - 4 egg whites
-tspn sesame oil
-optional two sticks celery
Anweisungen
Brown mince and celery if using, in pot with salt, pepper and olive oil. (Can add garlic powder if like) Make sure mince is well broken up.
Once cooked add ginger, creamed corn, corn kernels, stock and soy sauce. Bring to high simmer. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once simmering, slowly add egg whites while stirring. Simmer for another 5-10 mins.
Then add sesame oil to garnish. Serve.
