2 cups (50 g) fresh basil leaves

¼ cup (30 g) pine nuts

⅓ cup (30 g) grated Parmigiano Reggiano

2 tbsp (15 g) grated Pecorino Toscano (optional)

1 clove garlic

½ cup (120 ml) extra virgin olive oil

Salt to taste
