Shrimp Sushi bake (salmon)

Here’s the modified recipe.

Ingredients for seafood mix. Can use salmon instead of shrimp

1 pound shrimp peeled deveined and roughly chopped

1 package of imitation crab roughly chopped

3 ounces of cream cheese

1/2 cup kewpie mayo

1 ounce sliced green onions

1/2 tsp salt

In a large bowl mix everything together.

Ingredients for rice.

3 cups cooked rice

2 tbsps furikake seasoning

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

Vejledning

Mix and flatten rice on a baking dish. Spread seafood mix. Season with a little more furikake, drizzle more kewpie mayo and sriracha.

Bake at 375f for 30 minutes.

Cool for 15 minutes and serve with roasted seaweed.
