Turkish Flat Bread

Ingredienser

5.65 oz warm water (160 ml)

5.65 oz warm milk (160 ml)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

10 g yeast, or 1/2 cup Sourdough starter

4 cups AP flour (500 gr)

3 tbsp olive oil+ a little bit more to apply on top so it doesn't dry while rising

Vejledning

Mix water, milk and sugar w yeast (or sourdough starter like I did).

Then add flour mixed w salt.

Knead the dough. Add 3 tbsp olive oil. Knead again. Once ready to let rise add a little bit of olive oil To keep from sticking. Cover, let double in size.

Cut into 6 pics, roll. Cover for Final rise, then cook in skillet over medium heat. Cook on one side, then the other, then go back to the first side.
