Garlic Butter Honey Bbq Beef Tacos

Ingredienser

1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye (thinly sliced)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1/4 cup honey

1/3 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp chili powder

6 small flour tortillas

For the Drizzle Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp hot sauce

1 tsp honey

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish)

Vejledning

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add thinly sliced beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, and chili powder. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Return the cooked beef to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Let it cook for another 2 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Warm tortillas in a dry pan or over an open flame until slightly charred.

Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder to create the drizzle sauce.

Drizzle the sauce over the tacos and garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro.
