Most Satisfying Frozen Treat

Ingredienser

2 large bananas

5 oz. Dark Chocolate chips (half a regular bag)

1/3 C nut butter of choice

2 Tosp roasted pumpkin seeds or chopped nuts of choice

Flaky sea salt for topping

Vejledning

Melt 5 oz dark chocolate chips (half a standard bag) & 1 tsp coconut oil in a heat-safe bowl in air fryer or double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.

In a bowl, mash 2 large ripe bananas & 1/3 cup sunflower seed butter (or nut butter of choice) and mash together until fully combined into a creamy, thick filling.

Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or use silicone pan & drizzle a thin layer of melted chocolate into the bottom of each cup, just enough to coat.

Spoon a big dollop of the banana and nut butter mixture on top of the chocolate base in each cup.

Press a few roasted pumpkin seeds into the top of each cup for a pretty finish.

Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top, then finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.

Put in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely set.

Store in a freezer-safe bag or container.

Let sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before eating. Enjoy!😋❤️
