Dutch Pancakes

* 250 grams of flour
* 2 large eggs (or 3 small ones)
* 1 blade tip salt
* 1 tablespoon homemade vanilla sugar (or 1 bag of vanilla sugar)
* 500 ml milk
* 2 to 3 tablespoons of melted butter (liquid butter is also possible)
* sunflower oil for baking
Vejledning
Step 1
Sift the flour into a batter bowl. Add the salt and vanilla sugar. Mix this with a fork.
Add the eggs and about 100 ml of the milk.
Stir well with a fork until all wet ingredients are properly absorbed.
By first adding this little bit of milk you prevent your batter from clumping.
Step 2
Now add the melted butter. The butter prevents your pancakes from breaking when baking. You therefore need less oil when baking. Mix the melted butter into the batter. Finally, while stirring, add the rest of the milk to the batter with a whisk. Keep beating until you have a nice smooth and lump-free batter.
Step 3
Bake the pancakes. Make sure your pan is hot. Put a small dash of oil in the pan. I use a piece of paper towel or a silicone baking brush to distribute the oil well in the pan.
The result
Delicious homemade pancakes without a package. These were gone so quickly, I didn't have time to photograph a nicely made plate, but they're eaten with syrup, sprinkles, jam, cheese, chocolate spread with us and so on...
