Slow Cooker Italian Pepper Steak

1 lb steak bites (I used sirloin)

1 ea onion (medium)

1 ea bell pepper

14 ½ oz petite diced tomatoes, undrained

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Vejledning

Prepare your onion, pepper, and meat by chopping into bite-sized pieces.

Combine all ingredients in your slow cooker and stir together.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3-4 hours.

Serve over egg nooodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.
