Whipped Honey Peach Margarita

Ingredienser

1 ½ oz tequila

Peach slices (~ 3/4 - 1 whole small ripe peach)

1 heaping tbsp whipped honey

75 oz lime juice

5 oz Cointreau

Whipped Honey Foam*

Cinnamon graham cracker dust

whipped honey coconut foam:

2 oz heavy cream

1 tbsp canned unsweetened coconut milk

1 tbsp whipped honey

Froth with milk frother until foamy consistency is achieved.

Method: combine peach slices and whipped honey in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add in the tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, and ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Top with whipped honey foam. Garnish with cinnamon graham cracker dust or cinnamon. Cheers!
