Blender Clementine Cupcakes

4 washed clementines

3/4 cup (160g) neutral oil

4 eggs

3/4 cup (184g) sour cream

1.5 cups (300g) sugar

2.5 cups (325g) flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt
