Star Crunch Cookies

Ingredienser

• One stick of butter

• Half a cup of Hershey’s cocoa

• One can Sweetened condensed milk

• 4 ounce bag of Werther’s original soft caramel

• 1 teaspoon baking vanilla

• One bag of mini marshmallows

• 5 cups rice crispies

Vejledning

1. over low heat, melt butter

2. Add 1/2 cup Hershey Cocoa

3. Melt and blend until smooth

4. Add one can sweetened condensed milk and whisk until smooth.

5. add a 4 ounce bag of Werthers original soft caramels

6. Turn off the heat

7. Add 1 teaspoon baking vanilla

8. Add mini marshmallows

9. Stir to completely melt to a smooth consistency. Add heat if necessary.

10. add 5 cups of rice crispies

11. Scoop out with a cookie scoop onto parchment paper and flatten with a spoon
