Ingredienser

Base:

Cream cheese: 140 g (≈ ½ cup + 2 tbsp), room temperature

Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

Sugar:

For non-dairy whipping cream: 40 g icing sugar (≈ ⅓ cup)

For dairy whipping cream: 65 g icing sugar (≈ ½ cup)

Cream:

Whipping cream: 140 g (≈ ½ cup + 2 tbsp)

Smooth the cream cheese

Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature. Beat until completely smooth and lump-free.

Add vanilla

Add 1 tsp vanilla and mix again until incorporated.

Add icing sugar

Sift the icing sugar (very important for silky texture).

Mix until just combined and creamy — do not overbeat.

Add whipping cream

Pour in the whipping cream and mix lightly until combined.

Don’t overmix here — we’ll whip it later.)

Chill

Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Final whip

Take it out and whip until stiff peaks form.

The frosting will increase in volume, turn light, airy, and super smooth.
