Ingredienser

Cooked rice – 1 bowl

Corn – 2-3 tbsp

Butter – 5–10 g

Miso – 1 tsp

Water – 1 tsp

Vejledning

Mix rice with butter and corn. Press firmly and shape into onigiri.

Mix miso with a little water and spread on both sides.

Grill in a pan until golden and crispy. Flip and cook both sides.
