Ingredienser

  • 3 cups of dry short grain Nishiki sushi rice

  • 8 chicken tenders

  • 4 sheets of nori

  • 4 tsp Huy Fong chili paste

  • 4 tsp LKK hoisin sauce

  • 4 tsp Sesame oil

  • 4 soft boiled egg

  • 8oz seasoned bamboo shoots

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • Chopped scallions

  • Soy sauce (for bottom/side)

  • rice vinegar

Vejledning

Rice:

  1. SEE: “Spicy Salmon Bowls”

  2. Boil 4 cups of water with a splash of rice vinegar and 1 tbsp of sugar. Add in 3 cups of rice

Chicken:

  1. SEE: “Ramen”

  2. Marinate in dark soy sauce, rice vinegar sesame oil, garlic powder, and onion powder

  3. Cook
