Asian Cucumber Ribbon Salad

Ingredienser

So delicious you'll make it on repeat. The perfect salad for great skin , to keep you fit and healthy. Aadd your favorite protein like chopped tofu, chicken and shrimp.

Vejledning

3-4 small cucumbers

2 carrots

1/4 sliced onion

1 avocado

2-3 tablespoons roughly chopped peanuts

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Optional- chopped chicken,tofu shrimp .

Asian dressing :

1/2 cup rice vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 tablespoons chili crisp

Mix dressing ingredients and set aside

Make ribbons of cucumbers and carrots using a peeler .

Slice onions

Mix together cucumbers, carrots, onions , avocado, peanuts , cilantro.

Drizzle the dressing. - add as needed not all of the dressing.
