Ingredienser

8 pargiot, trimmed and patted dry

1 tbsp smoky paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried onion flakes/onion powder

1 tsp salt

Freshly ground pepper

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (plus extra if needed)

Drizzle of Silan

Vejledning

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix together spices and oil in a bowl.

Toss with chicken to fully coat it.

Add panko breadcrumbs and toss to coat.

Spread onto a greased baking sheet.

Drizzle with silan.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Test for doneness with meat thermometer.
