300g Spanish RightRice

Pico:

5 Roma tomatoes , diced

1 small white onion , diced

Dash of salt, pepper & garlic powder

Juice of 2 limes

1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro

1-2 small jalepeño peppers, diced

Avocado:

200g Avocado (~1.5 avocados)

50g green enchilada sauce

Other toppings:

200g Greek yogurt (40g each)

Hot sauce (I used @sietefoods Habanero)
