1 pie crust, par-baked to golden brown

1 ½ cups pumpkin purée

3 eggs

3/4 cup light brown sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp whiskey

1 tbsp cornstarch

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

2 tsp fresh ginger

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup caramel sauce (optional)

Vejledning

Pour caramel sauce into your cooled, par-baked pie crust. Mix rest of the ingredients and on top. Bake at 350 for about 50 minutes, until center is just a tad wobbly.
