Za’atar Silan Salmon

Ingredienser

1 ½ lbs salmon filet

2 tbsp za’atar

½ tsp sumac

½ tsp kosher salt

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp silan (date syrup)

Vejledning

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Make the topping:

In a small bowl, mix za’atar, sumac, salt, lemon zest, olive oil, and silan. Set aside.

Place salmon on a greased baking sheet. Spread topping over salmon.

Bake for about 18 minutes.
