Ingredienser

Pastry for 12 medium muffin tins

strawberry jam

1 c all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 c butter

1/2 .white sugar

1 large egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/3 c milk

Icing:

1 tbsp butter

1 c icing sugar

1 c cream

Vejledning

Line tins with pastry. Please 1 tsp jam in each. Chill.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt.

Cream butter, add sugar gradually. Beat until light & fluffy.

Add egg & vanilla. Beat well.

Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to creamed mixture. Beat until blended.

Cover jam with batter.

Bake 400 25 minutes m/l.

Ice cooled cupcakes. Coconut on top if desired.
