Scissor Cut Pasta Hack!!! I’ve Seen This Technique for Noodl

Ingredienser

I know there is pasta on my face I’m not reshooting for that lol

Note this is for on portion so cutting straight into the water is fine. But if you are making more then cut them onto a floured board and boil at the same time!

For 1 portion

100g plain flour (or 00 flour)

1 large egg

Pinch of salt

Knead into a dough until soft and smooth

Optionally rest for 10 mins or whilst u make ur sauce! It’s still great without the rest but is a tad softer with jt !)

Snip straight into salted boiling water

Boil for 3-4 minutes and finish in your pasta sauce of choice
