Chipotle’s Chicken

Ingredienser

1 tsp Cumin

4 Garlic Cloves minced

1 tsp Dried Oregano

2 tsp salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tbsp Chili Powder

2 tbsp Olive Oil

7oz can Chipotle Peppers w/ Adobo Sauce

3/4 Cup water

4-6 Boneless Chicken Thighs

Vejledning

  1. Blend ingredients in blender until liquid

  2. Place Chicken and marinade in ziplock bag and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight

  3. Cook in cast iron over medium/medium high heat or hot grill

  4. Look for Dr. Pepper color and make sure internal temp is 165 degrees

  5. Rest until cool enough to cut

  6. Slice against grain into strips and then cube into 3/4” pieces
