Ingredienser

1 pound hamburger meat

Flour

4 eggs

1/2 milk

1/3 cup water

1 tsp salt

Vejledning

Add flour into mixing bowl with salt eggs milk and water

Add flour till dough doesn't stick to much?

Flatten out dough balls into circles then add meat to center and then fold dough and close it with a fork

Boil a pot of water and add perigees in till they float in the water or at least 5 mins

On the side put butter or oil into a pan and sear the perigees to your liking

Serve with a sprinkle of parsley
