Thai-Style Bean Sprouts Stir Fry (Pad Tua Ngok) Recipe

300 g. Bean sprout

100 g. Minced pork

3-4 fresh garlic cloves, crushed to release

2 tablespoons mushroom sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

½ tablespoon fish sauce (optional)

1 tablespoon sugar

1 handful chopped green onion (sprinkle)

Ground pepper (sprinkle)

Vejledning

Start by gathering all the essential ingredients needed for the bean sprout stir-fry.

Place a wok or pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add cooking oil and minced fresh garlic. Stir until the garlic becomes aromatic.

Add the minced pork to the pan and continue to stir until it is fully cooked.

Then, add the bean sprouts, oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar on top of the bean sprouts.

Stir to combine until the bean sprouts are evenly coated with the sauce. Cook for about 2–3 minutes, until the bean sprouts are tender.

Sprinkle the chopped green onion over the dish.

Continue to stir for about 30 seconds to combine.

Sprinkle ground pepper over the bean sprout stir-fry. Serve with steamed rice and enjoy!
