Super Seed Crackers

Ingredienser

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup sesame seeds

3 tbsp ground flaxseed

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)

½ tsp sea salt

Seasonings of choice!

Binder:

1 egg white

1 cup water

1 tbsp olive or avocado oil

Vejledning

Mix flax, chia, and water.

Let sit 10 minutes until thick.

Stir in egg white, oil, seeds, and nutritional yeast.

Spread onto parchment-lined half sheet pan (18x13”).

Top with parchment and roll to ⅛ inch or thinner.

Top with sea salt

Pre-cut into cracker shapes.

Bake at 300°F for 35 minutes.

Flip carefully.

Bake 25-30 more minutes until golden.

Tip for max crunch

Turn oven off.

Crack door and leave inside for another 15-20 minutes.

Cool completely before breaking apart. Enjoy!
