Chocolate Chip Pecan Biscotti! Perfect for Dessert or an Aft

Ingredienser

5 tbsp oil (any variety)

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

¼ cup rolled oats

1 cup all purpose flour

½ tsp baking powder

1/8th tsp salt

½ cup chopped pecans

½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Vejledning

Add oil, sugar and egg and vanilla, add oats, flour, baking powder and salt, nuts and chocolate chips and mix until well combined.

To hold together, wet hands and form into a log about 12” x 2” on parchment paper.

Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, lower oven to 325 F, let log rest for 5 minutes, then slice into about 12 – 15 pieces, lay on its side and bake another 30 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!!
