Baked Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredienser

4 large cooked sweet potatoes, peeled and mashed

½ cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

¼ cup butter, soft

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar

½ cup flour

1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped

1/3 cup butter, soft

Vejledning

Mix ingredients together with sweet potatoes, put into greased casserole. Mix together toppings until crumbly, sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.
