Short Ribs

Ingredienser

Here’s what you need:

4 beef short ribs (bone-in if possible)

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp cracked pepper

1 tbsp neutral oil

2 large onions, thinkly sliced

4-6 garlic cloves, smashed

2 tbsp tomato paste

2 tbsp mape syrup

1 can Guinness (or similar stout)

2-3 cups beef stock (enough to come halfway up ribs)

2-3 sprigs thyme

1 bay leaf

green onions, chopped parsley or chives for garnish
