Nonna’s Lemon cookies

• portioner: 30 cookies

Ingredienser

10 egg yolks

1.25 cups white sugar

1.25 cups of oil

1.25 cups of milk

1 tablespoon of vanilla

6 (ish) cups of flour

3 teaspoons of magic baking powder

1 lemon fully grated

Vejledning

mix the eggs and sugar for 10 minutes, add all the other ingredients (a bit at a time) and combine.

Form the cookies and bake for 15-20 mins at 350, to make the sugar coating: one cup of lemon juice and combine powdered sugar until a cream forms (wait until the cookies cool to add to dip the cookies)
