Cajun Chicken, Halloumi & Chorizo Wrap

555 Calories and 45.1g of protein
1 chicken breast, sliced in half lengthwise.
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp of Cajun seasoning
1 large flour tortilla wrap
40g reduced fat Halloumi
3 slices of chorizo
A few leaves of spinach
For the sauce (mix together)
30g light Mayonnaise
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2tsp garlic granules
To a bowl add your chicken, Cajun seasoning, olive oil, and some salt and pepper, then mix until coated.
Vejledning
Air fry at 190c for 15 to 20 minutes or until fully cooked through (you can also pan fry); 5 minutes before your chicken is cooked add your halloumi to the air fryer too.
Lay your wrap down and spread your Cajun mayo mix all over the middle. Next in the middle of the top section add your spinach and halloumi, and at the bottom add your chorizo and top with your chicken.
Fold in from the sides, then the fold upwards to create a little parcel. Pan fry in a pan sprayed with olive oil spray for a few minutes on each side until crispy.
