2 Chicken tenders
2 soft boiled eggs
1 tsp Dark soy sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
1 tsp Light soy sauce (Kikkoman)
1 tsp Rice vinegar
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
1 scallion lmao
Fix-ins:
1oz seasoned bamboo shoots
Sesame seeds
1 sheet of Nori
Hoisin sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
Huy Fong chili paste
Next Time:
Fresh Ramen Noodles?
Fresh shoyu broth?
chicken bouillon broth (see notes)
Vejledning
Soft Boiled Egg:
Boil for 6 minutes, or 5 minutes for runny
Run under cold water to help peel

Chicken:
Marinade in the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil while eggs are cooking
Season with onion powder and garlics then cook on medium heat until 165 F.

Splash of dark soy sauce
A few drops of tamari soy sauce
A tiny bit of sesame oil
