Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
The Cheesecake Filling:
3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup sour cream
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
The swirl
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
½ cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 sheet of puff pastry

If your cheesecake is too liquid don’t add the puff pastry topping and bake it separately and then Add it on.
