SNICKERS BITES- makes 18 small balls
100g regular oats
50g pumpkin/sunflower seeds
100g peanut butter - or any nut butter or seed butter
1 teaspoon Dr Oetker vanilla extract
6 dates, chopped and soaked in boiling water
1 tablespoons honey
1-2 tablespoon boiling water
100g Dr Oetker chocolate chips
To decorate: Dr Oetker Chocolatey Mix Sprinkles or dip in melted chocolate 🍫
Vejledning
Step 1: In a food processor blend the oats and seeds briefly, keep the mix coarse.
Add in the peanut butter, vanilla, softened dates, honey and blend. Pour in some boiling water and blend again, check a piece of the mix, it should stick together and not be crumbly. Next add the chocolate chips and blend for the final time.
Step 2: Scoop or spoon onto a tray, roll into balls with your hands.
Pour the sprinkles into separate bowls. Wet your hands and lightly coat the balls in water, then roll in the sprinkles, place on a plate, repeat.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week.
Or freeze for 3 months.
