Sugar Cookies

Ingredienser

1 cup confectioners’ sugar

1 cup granulated sugar

2 sticks butter

1 cup oil

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla

4 cups PLUS 4 tablespoons flour

2 teaspoons cream of tartar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

Cream together confectioners’ sugar, sugar, butter, oil, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Chill in refrigera-tor. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Press lightly with a glass that has been dipped in sugar.

Vejledning

Bake in 375-degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

I used a 1 inch cookie scoop. I also used cake flour and baked for 10 minutes. #sugarcookies #vintagerecipes
