Pasta Salad

3 c orzo pasta, cooked and cooled
1 c cucumber, cubed
3 x green onions, chopped
3/4 c feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c black olive, pitted and diced
2 tbsp olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
3 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp garlic, diced
pepper and kosher salt to taste
Lenore substituted cherry tomatoes for olives & cilantro for oregano & no parsley.
Vejledning
Combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and toss gently. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour up to 24 hours before serving.
