FRENCH TOAST BREAKFAST SAMMIES

• 6 slices low calorie bread (I like Sara Lee 45 calorie)
• 1/2 cup egg whites/beaters
• 1/2 cup protein shake of choice (or milk)
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 3 slices cheese of choice
• 3 eggs scrambled (or egg whites to save cals)
• 3 slices bacon of choice
Vejledning
In a bowl, mix together your egg whites, protein shake, and cinnamon.
Dip each slice of bread into this mixture then add to a hot skillet on medium high heat. Toast both sides then assemble your sandwiches.
I add scrambled eggs, a slice of cheese, and 1 slice of crispy bacon (cut in half to make 2 small pieces) to each sandwich
Serve with syrup (sugar free if preferred) for dipping
Wrap (I wrap in a paper towel, then foil so that I can easily unwrap and heat up in paper towel when i'm ready).
Store in fridge for about 5 days or freeze to keep longer. I reheat in microwave!
