Ingredienser

For the Marinade:

Chicken drumsticks

3 tbsp Greek yogurt

Juice of 2 lemons

Saffron (a pinch)

Salt, pepper

Garlic

Tumeric, pepper, salt, cinnamon & cardamom

A bit of oil

Tip: Let the chicken marinate for at least 4–6 hours to allow the flavors to fully develop, ideally overnight.

Mint Yogurt:

Dried mint

Lemon juice

Greek yogurt (full-fat)

Salt

Cucumber

Shirazi Salad:

Tomatoes

Cucumbers

Red onion

Lemon juice

Olive oil

Salt

Tip: For an authentic texture, dice the ingredients very finely.
