Sriracha lime dressing
1/4 onion thinly sliced
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp water
1/2 cup millet
Vejledning

Prepare brine. Combine 1/4 cup sugar 2/3 cup vinegar, 2/3 cup warm water to dissolve sugar. Stir. Add veggies. Enough brine to cover. Marinate for at least 1 hour

Caramelize onions. Heat small skillet. Add onions, 1 tbsp water and hoisin sauce. Cover and cook till onions are tender (5 minutes)
