BREAKFAST TOASTER

Ingredienser

• 1 low carb tortilla of choice (I use mission carb balance) • 1 egg (or 1/4 cup egg whites) • 1 TBS bacon bits • 2 slices ultra thin sliced cheese

Vejledning

1. Place tortilla on flat surface

2. Cook egg in a small skillet sprayed with nonstick spray so that it's close to the same size as your tortilla. I cook on low heat and gently flip. Place this on top of tortilla

3. Sprinkle bacon bits over egg, then add 2 slices of cheese right in the center of tortilla, slightly staggered on top of each other

4. fold sides in so that they're touching, and then take bottom and fold up (so that you've folded it in half again). You should have a square-ish looking wrap that will fit in a toaster

5. Place wrap in toaster (or just brown in a skillet), when it's finished, unplug toaster before removing (you can use silicone tongs to help you get it o need to, but it should pop right out)
