Wood spoon for sofritto

Lights olive oil for sofritto

4 jars (24oz) signature select basil tomato

6oz cento tomato paste

3.5lbs Country style pork ribs

1lb country style boneless beef ribs

  1. Sear meat on high heat

  2. Caramelize the onions

  3. Add carrots and celery

  4. Reduce till brown

  5. Add tomato paste

  6. Reduce

  7. Add red wine

  8. Reduce

  9. Add seared meat, sauce, and soffrito to crockpot

  10. Cook 5hr high
