Tellicherry Walnuts

Soak walnuts in water for 1 hour
Dry/toast in 325 degree oven
Melt refined sugar to caramel (use method of sprinkling a layer of sugar in a skillet, then another layer over when it melts; don’t stir until melted
Add ground pink tellicherry peppercorns and salt, throw on walnuts, stir to coat
