1 c flour

2 eggs

1 c milk

1/4 tsp salt

Vejledning

Stir flour & salt together. Beat eggs until thick, combine with milk. Male a well in flour, gradually stir in milk/egg mixture.

Beat at low speed until smooth (about 2 minutes). Pour 2 tbsp roast dripping into shallow 9" pan.

Heat pan until almost smoking hot, then pour batter to 1/2" depth. Bake 450 until puffed brown (15-20 minutes) gradually lower to 350 for about 15 minutes.
