Creamy Garlic Butter, Spaghetti, and Sausage

Ground meat :
-16 ounce spicy ground sausage
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1/2 teaspoon salt / pepper/ chili flakes/ oregano
Sauce:
-2 tablespoons garlic butter or butter
-1/2 onion diced
-5-6 garlic minced
-1/2 cup diced tomatoes (from a can with juice)
-1/2 teaspoon salt/ pepper/ chili flakes/ oregano
-3/4 cup chicken broth
-1/2 heavy whipping cream
-3 cups spinach
-1/2 cup mozzarella
-1/4 cup Parmesan
Vejledning
On medium heat cook sausage in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until no longer pink breaking it up. Add seasonings and remove.
In the same pan, add butter, another tablespoon of olive oil and sautéed onions and garlic for about 30 seconds.
Add in diced tomatoes seasonings. Mix and glaze the pan with broth and then add in the heavy whipping cream.
Let the sauce cook and thicken for about two minutes.
Add in spaghetti, spinach and mix.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese . Cover with a lid to let the cheese melt.
Serve with a salad and warm crusty bread.
