45 cal) • 1/4 cup liquid egg whites or egg beaters • 1/4 cup premade protein shake (l like
Fairlife) OR any milk will do • 1/2 tsp cinnamon • 1 peach (peeled + diced)
• optional crumble: • 1/2 TBS melted butter • 1 TBS flour • 1 TBS sugar (l use Swerve)
• optional cream cheese drizzle: • 1 TBS light cream cheese (or 1 light laughing cow cheese) • 1 TBS sugar free pancake syrup
Vejledning
1. Cube your bread into bite sized chunks, place in a small glass meal prep container or any small casserole dish will do (spray with nonstick spray)
2.In a small bowl, mix together your protein shake or milk, and liquid egg whites, and cinnamon, mix well and pour over bread cubes, let these sit for 5 or so minutes to soak up the liquid, add your diced peach over the top.
3. In a small bowl, mix together crumble ingredients with a fork until mixture looks sandy crumbles, sprinkle this over peaches then bake for 20-25 minutes on 400F
4. Top with toppings of choice (I like to make a cream cheese drizzle or just use a small drizzle of *sugar free if preferred* pancake syrup)
