1 egg

A pinch of salt

1/4 cup milk

2 cups corn starch or tapioca flour

1 cup grated cheese (can be mozzarella, parmesan, or your favorite)

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon baking powder

Vejledning

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg with the pinch of salt until combined.

Add the milk and melted butter to the egg mixture and whisk together.

Gradually add the corn starch or tapioca flour to the wet mixture, stirring constantly until a dough forms.

Add the grated cheese and mix well to evenly distribute it throughout the dough.

Finally, add the baking powder and gently mix it in.

Scoop small portions of the dough (about the size of a tablespoon) and shape them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese bread is lightly golden on the outside and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
