Ingredienser

• 1 cup cauliflower rice (I get frozen riced cauliflower steamer packs)

• 1 cup cooked jasmine rice (I like the ready rice steamer packs)

• 1lb. lean beef

• ½ tsp garlic + ginger • 2 TBS soy sauce • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce • 1 tsp chili crisp

CHILI CRISP YUM YUM SAUCE: • 2 TBS light mayo • 2 tsp hot honey • 1 tsp chili crisp • splash of soy sauce

Vejledning

Prepare instant rice and cauli rice according to package directions, then mix together

Prepare beef by browning in a skillet on medium high heat until browned. Add soy sauce, teriyaki, seasonings listed, and chili crisp

Prepare sauce by mixing together in a small bowl until smooth

Assemble 4 bowls/tupperware in this order: • rice mixture divided evenly amongst bowls • 1/2 cup beef mixture (or divide evenly) • drizzle of sauce • squeeze of lime, optional crispy wonton strips
