Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & chopped
1/2 lb crab meat
2 tbsp butter
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
3 cups seafood or chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Vejledning
Melt butter in a pot and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in broth until smooth.
Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper; simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Stir in crab meat and heavy cream; cook 3 more minutes without boiling.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
