These Chicken Tender Nachos Are Absolutely Banging

Ingredienser

For the chicken strips:

450g chicken breast

30g cornflour

1 egg

130g chilli heatwave Doritos

For topping:

100g salsa

30g 50% fat cheddar

45g mozzarella cheese mix

Spring onion

30g 0% fat greek yog/ soured cream

40g avocado

Coriander

Pre-heat your oven to 180°C.

Cut the chicken into around 18 strips of equal size and shape as much as possible.

Tip the cornflour into a bowl, whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and crush the Doritos in another.

Coat the chicken strips in the cornflour, then dip in the egg then coat in the crushed crisps. You can use tongs or a fork but I like to use one hand for the dry bits and one for the wet bits!

Vejledning

Place onto a baking tray and place in the oven. After 18 minutes, remove from the oven, bunch the chicken strips together then scatter blobs of salsa (most of it), the cheeses and the spring onions over the top.

Bake for another 5 minutes or until melted then top with the yoghurt, avocado, more salsa and coriander!
